Whatever works! Every so often I’ll sit in a near perfect chair and slide into fantasies about returning the chair to my room. I once tried to buy a chair off a librarian in Manchester but they were having none of it. They made it clear that the chair was not for sale. Haha.
I normally sit half lotus - although I’ve been curious about the seiza benches as some of the most ‘stable’ meditators I know use those.
