Cognitive functioning isn't where it was, memory retention & access isn't great. I still work much slower in general, and have had to be much more careful about checking my writing and analysis when at work.

Just had another meeting with psych - some of you expressed concern in May, so here's an update: She said she's happy with how my speech has recovered - less stammering, time spent pausing has gone down, linking phrases more coherently. But she is happy with how things are improving. Apparently I got an excellent score on my non-verbal test. I don't know what the test is measuring, or how functional a proxy that metric is, but she's happy, so I'm happy.
