I’m thinking about the complement — an “outtakes reel”, web-only, with all the silly bits I took out of the book
I can see why you'd want to edit snark out, but would be a shame to bin the 'silly bits'. If snark is partly the result of exaggeration, the other side of it is illustrative value. A bit like when a coach exaggerates errors in physical movement to highlight the problem areas.
