      Contemplative fieldnotes: After talking w/ @spacecrone about trauma, it occurred to me that I neglected to consider which meditation teachers offer techniques & framings conducive to resolving trauma without presenting/selling it as the main focus of the practice.

      Trauma is obviously an important area, but it’s also a hot topic to seek things off. ‘Resolve your trauma today! For the low low price of $300’. Mature practitioners seem to all have dealt with this at some point - they might just not make such a big deal of it, it’s integral.
