I'm basically saying there is no difference at all. So let's not pretend he's any different than the lineage he claims.
My experience with Reggie was very positive. He was very kind, gave good advice, and had a sane sense of conviction in what he was teaching - beyond the grasp of political/institutional lineage. The whole outcasting thing seemed to work in his favour, as a practitioner & teacher.
That was outside the fold of Dharma Ocean though, so I don't know what it is like internally.
