That's interesting phrase. I wonder, what do you mean by genuine sadness? Wishing you the best in your practice - it sounds like you've got quite a lot of stuff up in the air after the recent shambhala revelations. May this frictious chaos give way to openness & resilience

i feel that sadness is often conflated with depression and though there is certainly overlap i feel the need when scanning my body to notice when i feel "genuine sadness" as opposed to the frozenness of depression
