Writing a brief, but fairly detailed ritual guide for everyday interactions. It is hurting my head. This is not easy. One of the reasons that writing "The Construction of Reality" has taken so much longer than I expected is that it's actually hard to explain some of this stuff.
If you want ritual guides for everyday interaction, you may find some inspiration in the flow diagrams created by certain people in the autistic community - used to model/illustrate why communication takes so much energy for many people. Don’t know if that’s helpful at all.
