Question: would you prefer a recruiter tell you "Your resume just isn't strong enough; your experience is bad" or just not hear it at all?

@vmaun I'm okay with hearing the truth, but there should be additional call to actions- tell me what i need to make it better/stronger
@vmaun so if it's my experiences dont align with what youre looking for, tell me what type/how much/what i need in order to get there later
