This graph, from their own analytics, show that 3 weeks after I submitted my request (which they claim has a 1 week turnaround) they unsubscribed 29 people from my channel.) Real humans have been unsubbed - as I've been contacted by a few.

and you can now no longer submit a help ticket from my dashboard. you only get generic help articles that do not apply to my circumstance. You can't even speak to an Indian in a call centre.
