    what an interesting article about mental health. this research show that the emotional difficulties of girls escalate earlier in life than we previously thought. On average, their mental health problems increase by 17% between the ages of 11 and 14.

    yep. in some work that I've been involved with recently with on cbt for soc anxiety in yp, it comes through really strongly that, for the yp, the behav experiments were *the* critical component [but some of the therapists we interviewed didn't expect that]
