Me, too! And I can't use my cramped, cluttered kitchen, so I travel to my Mom's to do it. (She's only a two minute drive away.)

If it wasn't for the Most High, I'd be severely stressed like I was many years ago. Now? I realize any stress I do have is self-imposed, so I go to the Most High in prayer FIRST... then when I feel that "peace" settle in again I'll continue with my day.

I try to be proactive with stress. I have an hour long Thai massage each week. It helps keep me calm and on an even keel throughout the rest of the week.
