It's the slight inconsistencies and differences that make it work too. If every take was robotically perfect, then it wouldn't sound good. Same reason people used to tune the 2 sets of B and high E strings on a 12 string guitar kinda deliberately imperfect to get a good sound.

yeah! Every so often the notes in 2 vocals will align perfectly and it goes waaay weird & out of phase
