I would say that chart belongs in the red or orange rectangles themselves. Just because a statiom reports factually on things like celebrities or finance statistics, doesn't make them honest on the matter if they omit anything that hurts certain narratives.

I would say this applies hard to any of the major sources included up at the top like WaPo (which is effectively partnered with the CIA via Jeff Bezos) or MSNBC. Putting them up there implies people should believe whatever they say, and not hear out information from other sources

I think it’s very interesting that there are news sources that don’t skew fat either way, but are still listed down as “damaging to public discourse” on the bottom

As the chart says, being in the middle doesn't mean they never have a bias, it can mean they produce equal amounts biased in either direction.
