I get that,treat everyone with respect but sometimes that respect is not repayed. I’m having problems with UPS right now and it’s always on us to show we did everything right and they expect you to jump thru hoops for them.not gonna lie I’m pretty mad.

I work in tech support. But the tech support also need to be able to identify a customer issue and an issue with their systems and be able to acknowledge there is an issue.

I provide tech support for schools. You'd be surprised how often teachers forget that I control their systems, and hurling abuse at me for the fact your windows 98 program would not work with the latest won't solve the problems.
