Didn't realize talking about it was the same as actually doing so. 'plans to blame' isnt exactly the same as 'has released a bill to ban gaming due to x'. You're all being too picky on the guy.

Oh ok, so It's fine to talk about rounding up Jews in camps and murdering them as long as you don't *actually* start a holocaust.

Scapegoating art & entertainment is still immoral whether or not legislation is passed. Deliberately deflects blame onto creatives and his base will believe it, potentially harming art, free industry & free speech.

1 Gav, everyone is allowed their opinion & to dispute and question everything. That is true freedom of speech. Only debate and conversation will sway people from opinions. Trump has on opinion that is unpopular. Doesnt mean he should be stoned but rather dragged into conversation

If someone has an unpopular opinion that is demonstrably wrong & destructive, they are perfectly entitled to that opinion & to talk about it - but no one else is obliged to waste their time listening to their bullshit

1 Exactly. But you cannot deny that trying to silence and de-platform people, just for having opinions or stating scientific facts that another party does not agree with is destructive in its own right. Even with violence... Imagine if flat earthers were allowed to do this.
