It's a pity The Last Guardian's mechanics (understandably) turned so many people off it, because the final hour of that game is one of the most gripping, heart wrenching, emotionally affecting sequences ever put on a screen. IMO it made the struggle worth it.pic.twitter.com/0ondBEEniD

Almost makes me wonder if it wouldn't have made a better movie than a game, but then a movie could never really create the kind of hard-earned symbiotic bond the player develops with Trico over that 15-20 hours

In short, if you struggled with Last Guardian give it another try when you have time to spare. The final few hours are a worthy emotional payoff and almost (though not 100%) justify why Trico is so frustrating to guide around

Question, I still haven´t played TLG but coming from Ico andSoC how different the mechanics are? I mean, I loved both games, but they did have sirius issues both in camera and control, so if TLG have similar issues I don´t see mush of a problem, at least for me.

I found SOTC by far the most frustrating of the 3, but other ppl might not feel the same
