So I’m still doing that shitty thing where I compare my work to others and it stinks. My EQ isn’t as powerful as others, my talents aren’t as big as others, and comparison is a bitch. Please don’t follow my example.

It’s not at all a fair comparison because you’re not at the same point in your journey. Your quality, singing and song writing has gotten 5 fold better in just a couple of years. As long as you’re improving a little bit more every day, you’ll get to where you want to be 100%

What I said is how I deal with it. Being super critical is also important because that’s how you grow. It means you care. It’s only a weakness if you don’t use that energy to make yourself better
