Cheers for the suggestions but have dealt with insomnia since I was a little kid. Nothing works, no remedies or techniques. Only way is getting the mind to slow down gradually. Will get there, usually takes a week or two :)

All the best Gav, I find my mental state is what impacts my tinnitus the most, when positive and good it dies away in the background, stressed or negative it comes roaring out of the darkness. Just my opinion and hope it helps others
