That is the one area no GTA since has topped imo. Vice City soundtrack is the best soundtrack and it is what got my uneducated self to look into music from that era.

Thing is, it takes time to adjust and get used to how the game works. Then when you go back to a modern day game you need to readjust once more

I hate playing those games with the cheats on until I finish but there’s no choice anymore. When you’re fighting the game just to experience the very good stories it becomes a problem. Even GTA4 has aged very badly.

i absolutely loved tommy vercetti's character and story, and can remember a lot of that game, can't remember much from GTAV and the characters bored me. Also i wish VROCK was real, its what got me into enjoying music
