Singing that sounds too perfect tends to creep me out, uncanny valley style. It breaks any emotional, human bond I could form with the song. It's why I can't get into stuff like Hatsune Miku or Kanye West's 'singing' parts

As one if my professors used to say, it's the energy that's coming out of the music that's most important.

There is a botched note in the bass lick in Jimi Hendrix's Fire about 1min in and while it hurts my soul when I hear it - if it was good enough for Jimi it was probably good enough for me.

I don't remember which song it is but there's a little bit of silence and then a mouse click at the end. I love it.

That's where the originality and emotion comes through strongest in music, always loved Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age for that mentality.

It's called 'being human'. Then again, with your talent you're more like a god tbh... Hm... What do we make of this now? 'Gavin - Demigod of Awesome songs that are awesomely awesome in their awesomely awesome awesomeness (...and also exaggerated paranoia kinda)' Sounds good.
