How do you feel about entertainers & artists you follow giving their opinions about politics?

I guess it sorta depends how well thought out their stance is, how often they talk about it, why I follow them in the first place etc.

Disagree with it as a blanket statement, but I guess there's a line where it can overshadow the actual art if it's all someone talks about

Definitely. Finding that balance and the one between 'work' self & personal self on social media, is tricky.

Personally I only get serious if I have a perspective I feel like nobody else is expressing. Otherwise I try to keep it light and fun.

If you gave a perspective like 'Death Magnetic has great mastering' I would definitely shout STICK TO MAKING VIDEOS LYLE
