agreed but at the same time I wish ppl knew what they were like so they wouldn't judge others. Drowning in anxiety sucks.

Horrible things. My wife gets them fairly often, so we've had to develop ways of helping her ride them out.

Also distraction, reassurance and company/hugs seem to be effective.

All of those help me a whole lot, especially reassurance & hugs. Being alone through an attack sucks.
