Folks when I talk about enjoying a game on my socials it doesn't mean I am blind to its flaws.
One of the reasons I left the podcast last year was to avoid the constant anger & conflict of videogames discourse - I simply choose to focus on the good side of things these days

So while MANY games I play have glaring flaws in them, me bitching about them on social media adds nothing constructive to my life or to yours. I still love the medium, I still love playing these games and that's the sentiment I personally want to give my time & energy to

Of course if you are upset at the flaws in a videogame and having a rant on twitter is catharsis for you, go for it! That's just not the right path for me personally. I'll respect your approach and you respect mine and it's all gravy

It's not about catharsis, if nobody talks, nothing will ever change. But I understand if you don't want to deal with all the negativity and BS that comes with it.
