Coffee is such a love/hate thing for me. I love the taste and how it gives me a boost. I hate how it makes me a prisoner of my own toilet seat.

Ive now been off coffee for 10 months, I miss the ritual of it, the smell, and the taste. But I'm happier and healthier without it.

I find that Rooibos tea makes a nice caffeine free fix when I crave the ritual part :)

I was finally forced off of it at the beginning of this year due to a stomach ulcer of some sort, and my anxiety has been soooo much more manageable. I still miss the flavor, so I get decaf coffee drinks at my favorite cafe on occasion.

I stopped drinking coffee or soda years ago. It certainly wasn't the only thing causing my panic attacks & anxiety, but caffeine seemed to make things worse.
