I don't know a single Irish person who would be upset by this or call it 'cultural appropriation'.
Personally I LOVE seeing people from other countries & cultures appreciating our Irish culture. She's also REALLY good at it.

I have a sneaking suspicion that in this case, those crying 'cultural appropriation' are doing so in bad faith, and as some kind of gotcha because they don't actually believe in cultural appropriation. They are just lashing out when they think they see hypocrisy.

Doubt they’ll get mad, the Shakuhachi is an extremely hard instrument to master, the guy at E3 is one of the last people to play it. Once that was pointed out, people backed off.
