from a lot of reviews i hear a trick they try to pull of is forcing you to do something horrible in the story, don't give you a choice not to do it, and than they start going ''why did you do it you're bad, feel bad'' is that bit true?

See, what would be interesting is if you were given a situation in which you had to CHOOSE (even in minor ways) between options that don’t give any clear answers as to what should be done. In that way — it would be because of their choice that they think about it and feel bad. :/

“Feel bad”. I should say. It’s not about “feeling bad”. Either, it’s about contemplating the weight of the situation and choice you were just presented with. It should make you think of why — if any reason that you feel bad.
