The concert they did for Chester afterwards was amazing and so damn emotional to watch. They still have it up on Youtube to watch, and I really recommend it.https://youtu.be/9VoLHdADma8

It's amazing. But 'Numb' with empty mic just breaks me

I would add Alan Rickman, that was a real shame.

I would say Totalbiscuit, if I didnt know he would hate being refered to as a celebrity, so I will alter the question slightly to it being "Which person's death, that you didnt know on a personal level, affected you the most"

I couldn't listen to Blackstar for a few weeks after it happened. Since he knew it was coming, it hurt to hear the album with that knowledge

I wish I'd taken the time to get more into Linkin Park whilst he was still here. I think I was a bit too young to catch them at their peak and a bit too old to see them as a classic timeless band. I only really caught the tail-end with those songs they did for Medal of Honor

Agreed. I also found Robin Williams and Chris Cornell’s deaths to be especially painful as well

Chester's last concert is brutal to watch. That crawling singing along hugged with the fans is haunting...
