Hi, @cdbaby, is there a reason you're issuing copyright strikes and upholding them for my use of the Jim's Big Ego song Stress? I have express permission to use that song, as I explained in my dispute.
Please let your false claim go.

Actually, Jim can sue if they don't retract the claim. At the moment, they are violating the law, not Jim, and the case would be a slam dunk.

False DMCAs are a huge felony, but it's sad how few actually get punished for it.

The greed of the music industry is always astonishing.

That will be a real shame. Loved having that relationship with the band, but it sadly won't be the first time copyright claims forced me to cut ties with a great act.

Seen their reply to another person with a similar question and it seems like that's what they'll say.

That's ludicrous. It sounds like a "sell through us or don't sell at all" system.

Huh, I got copy right claimed today also for a video of my daughter asking for Babymetal, and the song starting in the background.... Looks like someone is getting trigger happy at the moment.
-
Wow. That's excessive

The copystriking system has to change. It's killing creators and driving away consumers. Probably the only hope is getting the law changed, but to do that, we'd have to wage all-out war on Big Media lobbying. *sighs*
