The game is usually the part I don’t mind losing lol I typically break things when I get mad. I haven’t had an issue with that in several years though thanks to good old therapy!

I'm the same way, calm and collected and I play much better. I get upset sometimes when losing but there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a moment to analyze and study what you did wrong without getting mad. Making adjustments doesn't mean you need to be angry.
