That's the thing, I'm sure that my anxiety is mostly irrational. But then it just spirals into a million other things and then I'm just stuck with bad and fearful thoughts.
a sleep helped a bit. -
Yeah, I getya. Even when you know it's just the anxiety and know how it works, why you're feeling so out of sorts & physically all wrong etc etc... it sometimes doesn't stop it or calm the waves cos it just happens anyway (and god yes lack of sleep makes it 10x worse)
