So college is having a "mental health awareness week" where we're supposed to write positive words on sticky notes to put on a wall. I put up a sticky saying "take your meds and go to the gym, " which worked very well for me. it got taken down.

Exercises and proper Vitamin D intake can Help a Lot with mental health issues. Depression and Anxiety, for instance, shouldnt be adressed with egos, but with all relevant approaches.
