I totally get the criticisms of last night's GOT (in particular how certain things were too rushed & some people acted very out of character) but I... still liked it? I thought it was beautifully shot & IMO there were 2 very fitting endings to two long term character plotlines

Idk if this is true... it could be, but I think it was the dragonfire that just set off the reserves of wildfire, not that Cersei planned to do that.

Also notice how fairly subdued the green fire explosions were compared to, you know, the actual fire.

yeah that was clever. Just little explosions going off by accident amidst the inferno, a metaphor for how powerless Cersei-Wildfire was compared to a full on mad Targaryen
