I totally get the criticisms of last night's GOT (in particular how certain things were too rushed & some people acted very out of character) but I... still liked it? I thought it was beautifully shot & IMO there were 2 very fitting endings to two long term character plotlines

The cinematography for that episode was fuckin insane, brought a tear to my eye some of those shots

I totally get that & I don't disagree entirely! I hope the final episode it much more character-based, we've had enough battles now

Why were they so deadly and so easy to reload ON SHIPS but so slow to reload and ineffective this week when mounted on walls?

I can hand-wave the crossbows, but I can’t forgive what they did with Jaime.

SERIOUSLY! He was one of my favorite characters in the book but I barely recognized him in the show.

Kit Harington (Jon Snow) described the ending of the show as "disappointing" and "epic". I think that hits the nail on the head.

Looked cool, but very inconsistent from the perspective of the rest of the series.

With the first wave of destroying them I can understand since she was flying with the sun on her back, but for the wall defenses....they were deaf?

I was laughing at how they made the Scorpions super badass at the end of last week but at the beginning of this week's episode? NBD
