I’m really on a bad track, headspace wise right now. Don’t know how to shake it. I’m out walking trying to clear my head and I’m just feeling sad and shitty. I’m just so frustrated constantly trying to stabilize myself and I just don’t know how to maintain any sort of baseline.

Thanks for the encouraging words and suggestions everyone. Walked a couple miles and got some emotion out. I haven’t been completely stable for a long time and it’s a rough balancing act in my mind to keep some level of joy and optimism in my life. It’s just tough some days.
