Went back to Red Dead Redemption after Red Dead Redemption 2. As a straightforward, less fiddly, more streamlined game, it’s just a better experience. Less “deep” but way more “fun.”

@miracleofsound From everything I've heard, the micromanaging of Red Dead 2 just seems too much. I don't want to spend my limited free time on stuff like that. Horizon Zero Dawn, Fallout New Vegas is what I enjoy and can handle5 replies 0 retweets 10 likes -
I'm about halfway through the game, resources in camp are always in the red and I never hunt. That's an argument those features didn't need be in the game, but as far as I can tell you can ignore that stuff and nothing seems to change.

Having finished the 'main' storyline I can 100% say that totally ignoring the camps needs is fine
