Yeah, but New Vegas at least had a little more nuance to it than the good/evil metre of 3. I remember the faction system having a few interesting implications.

Yeah the Karma system was still there but not overly interesting. Would drop rep with Powder Gangers when killing them did make more sense. (Although still issues with game being clairvoyant in whom I killed... haha)

Yeah, if you side against the Powder Gangers in the Goodsprings (starting town) quest line, they'll shoot on sight (except for some quest-related ones). Obviously, most people shoot back. But when they're dead if you have the GALL to loot their containers, you get bad karma...
