Honestly it's *already* an incomprehensible tangle.

That's an excellent point. The MCU chronology is a wonderful thing to experience as it happens, but it's very strengths will likely make it rather obtuse for those who miss it to pick it up in years to come.

Right? That's exactly how I feel about it

I feel it would be a thing future generations will gradually consume as children by their parents exposing it to them in order.

A lot of the MCU films don't hold I have found, but rather interestingly, the ones that have like, the least amount to do with MCU tend to fair better then ones like Infinity War or any of the Avenger sequels. Ragnarok is the best Thor and half that movie is making fun of the MCU

I don’t think it will hold up. Just look at the very first avengers movie. I vividly remember being absolutely mesmerized by it when it first came out. I revisited it recently and was surprised by how lackluster and boring it was.

I can't even remember it. Lots of NYC getting blown up & some 'Hulk punches people' gags

I think it will, because even if you overlook the interconnected universe stuff that carries from the previous movies, it's still an incredibly clever movie with well handled themes and character. I especially love what they did with Thor and Thanos.
