It's become clear that depending on royalties is not only an unsustainable model, but it’s actively trying to kill your project the entire time. For marketplaces, it was a race to the bottom and we can’t blame the likes of or for going no royalties.

For those of you running collections built on community - we pose one question? How are you to build a robust community when your entire revenue depends on people selling to leave it? 's Recyclable NFTs fix this - where both the creator & community can win together

Royalties aren’t a problem that needs fixing - they are something collections need to move beyond in order to provide real value. Leave royalties to the 1:1 collectibles, because that is what they were intended for. Royalties were never for generative collections.

What happens when that floor price comes down for no reason? It becomes all your project is about and the future vision is now lost to the noise of floor discussion. this is you when that happens 😳

Now, when someone claims a mint they also are buying “time”. Feeling bullish? They can contribute to the community and earn time extensions OR double down and buy it themselves - securing their long-term ownership.

Bearish? Now they can sell on any marketplace and that time carries over to the new owner. You can still earn royalties, but you no longer depend on them. Now, you can focus on making holding worthwhile. All existing token-gated solutions work with this contract.

What happens when a token expires and they don’t renew? It becomes open for grabs via the original mint page. The mint never stops and as slots open new holders can pick up that token as a reclaimed mint. No need to ever change your supply or make a new collection.

With this, building a token-gated course, an on-chain subscription service, and even private chats all become feasible, but also sustainable in a way that makes sense for creators and holders. ENS has proven this model with success - so let's use it.

In the demo, there are 25 total NFTs, but each mint only lasts for 10 minutes. If no mints are available or expired - you'll just have to hate from outside the club until you can get in. Once you are in we show you a token gated page with a timer on it counting down. Have fun!
