    As the gaming world attracts more talent, league rules will evolve by implementing drafts, free agency, and salary caps. Capital inflows (ads, media rights, merch) and team spending will balance out, leveling the playing field, and setting up leagues for the long term.

    1) The idea that Fortnite is trying to build a metaverse is sexy and correct. Minecraft & Roblox are the other credible threats. I do worry that expectations getting ahead of reality -- many problems yet to solve

    1/ Walking around the retail scene in NYC is both inspiring and shocking. The change is palpable. Incumbent retailers have turned toward innovative new in-store experiences, like Nike's Sneaker Bar or Macy's acquisition of STORY. 🛍🏙🛍

    Maybe we're all playable characters in a cosmic video game, and the fridge is the save point, which is why we all sorta open it, look inside and then wander off without eating anything.

    Just had one of those 'can't breathe I'm laughing so hard' moments from the latter. Maybe it's the familiarity of these product 'glitches' that make what is typically a standard user experience, feel extremely genuine and endearing.

    a couple product hiccups I hope never get fixed: - the maps arrow facing the wrong direction when you first enter a destination, and you spinning around to orient yourself - a motion sensor light switching off, and then you ridiculously waving your arms to turn it back on
