Nobody is there to punish those inhuman burdens of the city. After all they have murdered dogs and not humans! Wish, a law is enacted which will give equal punishment as that for murdering "HUMANS!"

I really hope that this shakes the collective conscience of the people living in the city. A lot more needs to be done with regards to stray dogs. Sterilisation of stray dogs should be an absolute priority not only for the government but also for the citizens.
