What is the keyboard shortcut to navigate between panes? the arrow/tab keys work sometime and sometime don't work. Thanks

The easiest should be left/right arrow. If you have focus in some other field, like the search field, you can press Esc to return focus to the message list.
If you have a situation where this isn't working, can you take a screen recording and send it to bugs@mimestream.com?
