Is there a way to create Labels and folders/sub-labels within Mimestream? I can label messages but if I need to make a new one I need to hop over to a browser unless Iโm not seeing it.

Yes, there are two ways this can be done:
1. File > New Label
2. Click the Label toolbar button, and type a new label name into the label picker, and select "Create โLabelNameโ"

Unfortunately, after installing this update Mimestream crashes immediately on launch. Using macOS 11.6, MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020). I can supply a crash report if that is helpful. Can old versions be downloaded? Or maybe I can extract the old version from Time Machine.

I deleted the new version, found my original download from a few months ago and re-installed it. It was expired, but offered to download the update again. After installing today's update it crashed again, but then worked the second time. Seems ok now, fingers crossed!
