Hey guys! absolutely loving this client! Awesome work!! So far everything has been working amazingly well, but one thing I noticed is there is about a 20-30 second delay from pushing send on an email and it actually sending. Any plans to tighten this up?

Hey there! We have a send cancellation feature that lets you press ⌘Z to “undo” a send. You can turn this off in Preferences > Composing > Undo Send Delay and setting it to Disabled. Then messages should send immediately.
We do want to revisit this UI since it is confusing.

oh man, ok...that's actually brilliant! Now that I know, I'm less bothered...I thought it was a network thing. Thank you! Excited for that 1.0 release!
