Hi Adam! Glad to hear you’re enjoying the app so far! :) Can you clarify where you’re looking for this? Are you looking for one flat list in the sidebar, or elsewhere? We're planning to add a Favorites section, so you can add labels from different accounts, which might help?

Thanks, Adam! We’ll make a note of that request, and we use user demand to help us prioritize features and options in the app! The planned Favorites feature could be used to achieve something similar, but it would require adding each label to favorites one at a time.
