can I assign shortcuts to specific inboxes? Like ⌘⇧1 to switch to account 1, etc? More important for me to switch between the *inbox* of each account. I can't use macOS 'App Shortcuts' for this because Mimestream doesn't expose account/inbox names in the menu bar.

Not yet but this seems super useful and we’d love to add it.
In the meantime, you could try using command-option-[ or command-option-] to navigate up or down in the sidebar (menu items are in the Go menu). Just be sure to expand the top-level unified inbox first.

Thanks for taking this into consideration! ⌘⌥[ is working great right now (w/ unified inbox expanded). This will hold me over for the time being. Again, super-excited for Mimestream and this is something macOS<>Gmail have needed for literally a decade.
