I don't understand "Use familiar macOS swipe gestures to quickly triage and archive your email." no macOS device has a touch screen. What am I missing?

A two finger swipe gesture can be done with supported trackpads. Move the pointer to a message list row, and with two fingers swipe left or right to reveal swipe actions. If you keep swiping further, you'll confirm the action. This also works with the Magic Mouse using 1 finger.
