Hey ! I loved the app!
Just had 1 question... any option to see the emails just from a specific account when multiple are added? Like having an account-switcher kind of thing? Not sure if it's already there..couldn't locate any such thing

Glad to hear it!
No "account switcher" exists yet, but it's on our roadmap.
In the meantime, if you press the triangle next to the top level inbox to expand it, you will see all per-account inboxes below it, like this:
