I just committed a "Save All Attachments…" option, so it's coming to the next update! Good catch, Shift does not work for multi-selection, but Command does (or at least it does in my working copy with some other bug fixes). I've filed another bug for Shift.

Mimestream seems not to like the newest Big Sur beta. It keeps crashing/ not responding here..

Hey Ernst! Uh oh, that’s not good! Do you mind sending me the crash logs? Alternatively, you can just run the diagnostics script from Terminal: /Applications/Mimestream.app/Contents/Resources/collectDiagnostics.sh And then send the output to bugs@mimestream.com

Command Shift Enter (or from the menus, Message > Send and Archive) works for this! A toolbar button is planned!
