If the business model depends on systematically misclassifying workers, cheating on taxes, and unfairly competing with law-abiding companies - I guess it isn't going to be sustainable. Some people just cant imagine that for some people having flexibility, setting their own hours, having the freedom to work wherever & whenever they want, and having pay tied directly to productivity is preferable to set pay, set schedules and being regionally restricted.
