My son turns 21 today! One of the most creative thinkers I know! Celebrating with a steak dinner and a beer (or two) - for both of us. Happy birthday, Connor. Love you, buddy!

I agree with why Jenise said! Presenting contexts - join and separate - together allows for students to make sense, choose strategies based on their sense making from the context and helps them begin to build relationships between addition & subtraction.

Based on feedback that 4 days is too long, I modified the facilitator training and am offering it as a 2-part series (each only 2 hours long). Join me in August to learn how to create and facilitate online learning that people will love.
